We (Prayag Lite) haven’t partnered with any shipping company because we don’t have any online sales portal on our website yet. So we will send your products (purchased from prayag lite only) via a third-party courier service, as we don’t want our customers to get charged more under the banner of “free delivery.”
It depends on the courier service how much time it will take to deliver the product to your place. We will try our best to keep the minimum delivery charges. We will share the courier package details, including the tracking number, with you after the product is dispatched.

Return Information (Not for affiliate products):
If you receive any damaged product from our end (purchased from prayag lite only), you can call us and share the damaged product image with us; we (Prayag Lite) will either replace the product or refund your payment upon request.
NOTE: A return request can be made only within 24 hours of receiving the product (purchased from prayag lite only). We (Prayag Lite) should not be held responsible if it takes more than 24 hours to replace the product. Products must be unused.
But please ensure that the product returned from your end should be the same one you purchased from Prayag Lite with the original packaging along with the actual bill.
